That’s The Spirit: Growing Organic

I recently went to Ireland with Waterford Whisky to spend time on the road with Head Distiller Ned Gahan. Whilst I was there Ned took me on a tour from grain-to-glass – to explore the terroir of whisky.

We captured the trip in a series of videos which we’ve called ‘The Unearthed Series’. First off, Ned and I made our way to Co. Tipperary to visit the Jacksons, organic barley farm, to discuss their shared passion and purpose for the organic way of life. Let me know your thoughts in the Youtube comments.
