I’ll be demonstrating recipes from my book and talking about cooking consciously. We’ll start the evening off with a fennel gin cooler which we will also be demonstrating how to make. I will then make some kimchi using seasonal greens and a trout ceviche with stream farm trout. We’ll be answering questions and generally having fun chatting about food.
