Our next roast at Sunday Papers Live is on the 14 September. An outstanding event in Cecil Sharp House, Camden. Pretty much the perfect sunday. We put on a huge organic roast set on long table banquets throughout the day. You can buy tickets for the event here. Be sure to book a roast too.

‘Porchetta’ Slow roasted pork rolled with rosemary and garlic

Portuguese ‘punched’ new potatoes
Turkish style roasted peppers, aubergines, red onions and courgettes
Organic mixed leaves and flowers with basil, parmesan and balsamic
Salsa verde
