Filming at River Cottage for Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube – Barbecued broad bean and crab bruchetta
My second film this month is perhaps the most challenging recipe in my new recipe book The Natural Cook. Last summer I was at the beach and fancied cooking a BBQ but had no equipment. We bought lots of lovely food to cook straight on the coals. The broad beans in their pods and the crab in it’s shell. It resulted in a delicious flavour and texture combination that otherwise wouldn’t have been discovered. Well worth the effort.
