Back by popular demand Tom Hunt’s Forgotten Feast will again create an Alternative Christmas banquet at the Brunel Museum.
December 7th to 15th you can enjoy a ‘Feast of 7 Fishes’
Limited number of earlybird tickets are now on sale for £35, standard price £40 BUY TICKETS HERE
Guests will enjoy a ‘Forgotten Feast of 7 Fishes’ including carpaccio of scallop, risotto nero and clementine chocolate fondant. Before dining, on request guests will be treated to a guided descent into the underground Grand Entrance Hall of Brunel’s Thames Tunnel, one of the great wonders of Victoria age and the first tunnel under a river anywhere in the world, which was closed to the public for over 140 years.
The meal will be served family style on big serving platters. Tom will be representing 7 forgotten fish, sourcing fish that are often neglected or not usually seen on British menus.
